Can you tell me more about Focused Staffing Group (FSG)?
FSG is a top nursing jobs app that gives licensed RNs, LPNs, CNAs, GNAs, STNAs, and CHWs the power to choose when, where, and how often they work. We offer per diem, short-term, and permanent referral opportunities.
Once you’ve completed our onboarding process, you have direct access to the facilities of your choice. Our shifts occur in various healthcare settings, from skilled nursing facilities to assisted living communities to hospitals. With no shift minimums, you can work 8 hours one week and 40 hours the next.
Who can register with Focused Staffing Group?
While we register healthcare professionals across the country, we currently do not offer employment in every state—but we’re working hard to change that. We’re consistently growing our national footprint and taking on new partner facilities daily.
What credentials do I need to get started?
The onboarding process involves:
Passing a skills quiz.
Completing contractor-related agreements.
Providing credentials based on the requirements set forth by your state of residence or the facilities themselves.
Credentials typically include:
An annual physical exam.
TB test results.
A background check.
A COVID vaccination card (or medical/religious exemption).
