Focused Behavioral recruits BCBAs, RBTs, behavior technicians, direct support professionals, nursing, and care-support staff for ABA, IDD, residential, and community programs. Share the role, setting, and location to discuss your opening.
What happens after we contact you?
We clarify the opening, schedule, qualifications, and engagement model. After agreeing on requirements and terms, we recruit and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and work with your team on onboarding.
How soon could someone start?
Timing depends on the role, location, candidate availability, interviews, and required approvals. We discuss those factors with you before setting expectations for a start date.
What is checked before a start?
Screening and pre-start clearance are separate stages. We coordinate the role-specific credentials, background checks, and documentation required for the assignment with your team. Candidate presentation does not itself mean a professional is cleared to start.
How are staffing and conversion priced?
Contract assignments are billed at the agreed rate for hours worked. Temp-to-perm eligibility and any conversion fee follow your agreement. Direct-hire placement fees are agreed separately. A professional must also choose to accept a permanent position.
What if our needs change or a placement is not a fit?
Contact your staffing team to discuss the issue and next steps. Assignment changes, replacement support, and notice requirements follow the terms of your agreement.
