About Focused Staffing Group
K-12 education and behavioral health staffing experts.
We've earned the trust of the industry, our talent, and our customers. We'd love to earn yours.
Who we are
Connecting people for over 12 years.
Focused Staffing Group is one company with two divisions. FocusedEDU places substitute teachers, special education teachers, and paraprofessionals with K-12 schools and districts. Focused Behavioral places BCBAs, RBTs, direct support professionals, and care staff with behavioral-health organizations. Founder Robert Flom, a former K-12 teacher, built the company in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
For growing schools and care organizations that need temporary and direct-hire professionals, we are a strategic partner that identifies, screens, and presents skilled professionals to fill vacancies with the right candidate the first time.
Unlike other staffing agencies, we dedicate our staff, resources, and attention to one partner per market — never their rival — ensuring a focused result you can feel from the very first placement.

Focused Behavioral was founded by Robert Flom, a former educator who built Focused Staffing Group on a single belief — that great care starts with great people. We know a résumé only tells part of the story, so we screen for the judgment, warmth, and reliability that make someone the right fit for your patients, not just the open shift.

About Focused Staffing Group
Focused Staffing Group, LLC is a staffing company headquartered at 175 Strafford Avenue, Suite One #208, Wayne, PA 19087. It was founded by Robert Flom, who serves as Founder & CEO.
Focused Staffing Group operates through two divisions, each focused on a single field:
- FocusedEDU Staffing Group places K-12 education staff — teachers, paraprofessionals, and related school-based roles — with school districts.
- Focused Behavioral Staffing Group places behavioral-health and allied-healthcare professionals with care organizations.
Each division works with select regional partners rather than spreading thin across every account in a market, and each specializes in the credentialing, licensing, and screening requirements specific to its field — school clearances for FocusedEDU, clinical credentials for Focused Behavioral.
What Focused Staffing Group does not do: Focused Staffing Group does not place travel nurses, does not operate as an Employer of Record (EOR) or Professional Employer Organization (PEO), does not staff higher-education institutions, and does not staff daycare/early-childhood centers.
